Through scenario exercises, group discussions, and coaching\u2011style questioning, we practiced clear expression, empathetic listening, and finding mutually acceptable solutions when perspectives differ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During interactive sessions and real\u2011case activities, we gradually recognized the strengths of different personalities and learned to appreciate the value that diverse viewpoints bring. We believe that through this workshop, we will be able to communicate more effectively, collaborate more smoothly, and face cross\u2011functional challenges with greater confidence.
